I should sue...

THE 13!

Now to select which
thirteen that truly is...

Reasons to sue vary wildly
-there are, at least, thirteen-
and whether "we got a case"
(or thirteen cases - yeah)
is not for sure at all...

Just be glad I picked
a Sunday the 13th
(not Friday the 13th)
to, ah, explore the possibilities
and opportunities... here!

You never want to say
"I should have sued"
after all... eh?

I should sue...

SUPERSTITION!

See - it causes all sorts of mischief
AND
it begat... all of the following:

I'll take the 13th...
it's for a gift!

We Should Sue... Peggy Sue!

...for having failed so badly to truly live up
to the great legacy... of Buddy!

Buddy Holly wouldn't have sued - I know.
Can't believe Peggy Lee never did though!

Let's Sue... The Dirty Dozen!

We HATE the army, y'know...

... not all that fond of workouts either...

... THIS GUY alone deserves to be sued -
for setting such a caloric-rich BAD example
- for breakfast!!!

... SEE???

Let's sue the Brass Band too, while we're at it -
they're making too much noise!!!

And the dozen clones (... DC's...!!!)
from Seattle, too...!!!

That should be enough work for 12
pettifoggers from any dime-a-dozen law firm
out there...!!!

Yup!

Sue YT - For Libel!

What could possibly be more compromising than having one of these videos amidst your perfectly lyrical, musical playlist courtesy of YouTube?

I mean - I don't know what is truly worse: this or that!
(And never mind when they do this to you!)

It just boggles the psyche - er, mind, that is - that they would put such messages in place, as if to incriminate the uploader AND viewers of whatever videos it may be...!

Granted - if you uploaded compromising pictures of yourself like, I don't know, say Tony of NY did, that would take the cake

I swear to you, those square-faced "sorry smileys" with their "embarrassed/we messed up" goofy look all over their smirks - I can't stand them anymore!!!

Having one of those show up is not only annoying and embarrassing indeed - it is a case of libel, I tell you. Because having these videos removed makes it seem that they were considerably worse than they are in truth - and it reflects terribly bad on you for having had them, once upon a time, as a part of your precious playlist!

I mean, the YT message clearly states that they took down the video because of their (self-sanctimonious) policy regarding nudity and/or sexual content - whoa! Peeps see this was part of your playlist, a perfectly innocent playlist (as it is lyrical, musical - fantasmagorical) and they will imagine the worst imagery possible, being unable to actually view the video any longer in order to actually judge for themselves what it really was all about, due to the simple fact that YouTube took it down already!

So, this looks bad - on you! - not on YouTube! (Even YouTube's flaws show up crystal and painfully clear here, as such reprehensible material was allowed to be uploaded onto their site in the first place - but that will be overlooked by the common viewer in five seconds flat, I tell ya!)

YouTube is thus an accessory to making people look down on you, label you a "perv" or some other really detrimental and derogatory thing - and that should make YT accountable for something... right?!?

Just saying...!

;-)

Now THAT'S having
the holiday spirit!

I THINK SANTA IS THE ONE
WHO IS SUING NEXT...
FROSTY SEEMS SIMPLY... HAPPY!
HAPPY... TO EXIST!
MAYBE HE IS THE BETTER EXAMPLE, EH?

9/11 - 24 Hours Before The Anniversary

The case opposing those who believe that Al Qaeda did it
and the ``truthers`` (who can`t handle the truth)
- those who chose to believe that
it was dumbasses like Dubya
Cheney and Rumsfeld
that orchestrated
the whole tragedy -
is a case
that will never be solved,
surely.

In court
Out of court
Or whatever. wherever and whenever.

What does it matter though
``who did it`` exactly?

Ten years later,
Osama Bin Laden is dead.
Numerous other Al Qaeda members
have likewise bitten the dust.
Many more innocents have, too.

The only important thing, really
is that it happened.

And the world
will never be the same again.
