While his heir apparent and nearest true rival, the one who had apparently retired *him* by defeating Ric in a so-called retirement match, HAS RETIRED... at 40-something!!!
Of course, Ric has retired and unretired four or five times already in the last three decades - so doing this is not at all unlike him.
One guesses that, after being such a big spender with (is it four) previous wives, he still has a *Fourtune* to build... or rebuild.
It is he who should have sued, probably...!
Oh well...
