Sue YT - For Libel!

What could possibly be more compromising than having one of these videos amidst your perfectly lyrical, musical playlist courtesy of YouTube?

I mean - I don't know what is truly worse: this or that!
(And never mind when they do this to you!)

It just boggles the psyche - er, mind, that is - that they would put such messages in place, as if to incriminate the uploader AND viewers of whatever videos it may be...!

Granted - if you uploaded compromising pictures of yourself like, I don't know, say Tony of NY did, that would take the cake

I swear to you, those square-faced "sorry smileys" with their "embarrassed/we messed up" goofy look all over their smirks - I can't stand them anymore!!!

Having one of those show up is not only annoying and embarrassing indeed - it is a case of libel, I tell you. Because having these videos removed makes it seem that they were considerably worse than they are in truth - and it reflects terribly bad on you for having had them, once upon a time, as a part of your precious playlist!

I mean, the YT message clearly states that they took down the video because of their (self-sanctimonious) policy regarding nudity and/or sexual content - whoa! Peeps see this was part of your playlist, a perfectly innocent playlist (as it is lyrical, musical - fantasmagorical) and they will imagine the worst imagery possible, being unable to actually view the video any longer in order to actually judge for themselves what it really was all about, due to the simple fact that YouTube took it down already!

So, this looks bad - on you! - not on YouTube! (Even YouTube's flaws show up crystal and painfully clear here, as such reprehensible material was allowed to be uploaded onto their site in the first place - but that will be overlooked by the common viewer in five seconds flat, I tell ya!)

YouTube is thus an accessory to making people look down on you, label you a "perv" or some other really detrimental and derogatory thing - and that should make YT accountable for something... right?!?

Just saying...!
